LG Money Makers Roll Superbad, 35-18
The LG Money Makers reaped a return on their initial investment, capturing a season opening win over the ballers known as Superbad. Young gun quarterback Tyler Selvey was 17 of 24 for 253 yards and five TDs. He also added three PATs and a chipped in with a sack on defense. Money Maker wideout Richy Hall had 9 catches for 124 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 PATs. Superbad QB Mike Pagnotta was super decent on the day completing 15 of 24 passes for 199 yards and 3 TDs. His main man was team captain, Dustin Crellin, who had four catches for 70 yards.

Sharks Feast on LG Money Makers, 35-27
The Sharks started off their season by ambushing the high rolling Money Makers 35-27. Sharks QB Peter Malloy was 15 of 23 for 230 yards, 5 touchdowns and 5 PATs. Malloy's main target was wide receiver George Rios, who hauled in four catches for 105 yards and 3 TDs. Money Maker QB Tyler Selvey cashed in on 23 of 30 passes for 372 yards and four touchdowns. Once again, Selvey's primary weapon was Richy Hall. Hall tallied eight catches for 125 yards and 3 TDs.

M.O.B. Makes SD Wolf Pack Howl, 20-6
M.O.B. QBs Neill Little and Kirk Miller shared the snaps for a combined 14 of 28 for 225 yards and 3 TDs - two to ex-USC star and M.O.B. founder Christian Prosser. While the Wolf Pack struggled to get their offense in gear, Tino "the flag football machino" Dominguez put up a fight on defense with two interceptions.

Xecutioners Edge M.O.B. 35-34 in O.T.
It was as close as it can get for both squads, but Xecutioners took M.O.B. down with a converted two-point conversion in the final overtime play to secure the 35-34 victory. X QB Doug Pipitone was 15 of 27 for 160 yards, 5 touchdowns and 5 PATs. Xecutioners wide receiver Robert Bloodsaw led the scoring attack with 3 TDs. QB Neil Little of M.O.B. was 18 of 32 passing for 247 yards, five TDs, four PATs, three sacks, two INTs, and a partridge in a pear tree. Leading the way for M.O.B. at receiver was Kirk Miller with 7 catches for 105 yards, one TD and 3 PATs.

Purple Nugs Weed Out Xecutioners 38-6
It was classic Purple Nugs football, taking down their opponents one-by-one. Is there any way to stop Nugs QB Jason Runkle? Runkle was 15 of 24 for 212 yards and 6 touchdowns. The sleeper receiver of the day was none other than Jason "I want my baby" Bash with four receptions for 77 yards and three TDs. Grab your cameras, 'cause this guy can make some plays.

Purple Nugs Rally Past Flaggots 36-6
Jason Runkle was at it again, going 16 of 23 for 251 yards, five TDs and five PATs on the day. Runkle connecting with newcomer and playmaker Jason Bash for six receptions, 134 yards and three TDs. Flaggots WR Nikko Gaddi hauled in three catches for 85 yards and scored the only Flaggots touchdown on the day.
